David Diamond, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology, Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Diamond was awarded his doctorate in Biology in 1985, with a specialization in Behavioral Neuroscience, from the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory and Department of Psychobiology at the University of California, Irvine.
He then conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he developed his research program on the influence of psychological stress on the brain and memory.
